FYN Contracts

Bill licenses, items, services, or SLAs monthly, annually, or at a frequency you specify. The contract can be invoiced in advance or in arrears. Assign sales to your own business units so that you can evaluate them later.

Include the new contract items in your quotes to your customers and highlight on your receipts that they are monthly amounts. When the order is billed, the contract items are transferred to a contract for regular billing, whether they want to create a new contract or add the lines to an existing contract.

If you have separated the review of the specialist department and the billing in the company, use our release process. For contracts where the monthly number of items changes, for example, for service billing, one person releases the reviewed / updated contracts and the administration can bill the contracts.

Each invoice created via the contract, whether posted or unposted, is linked to the contract. You can access the documents via an info box. If you have created an incorrect invoice, you can credit the posted invoice and receive a credit note linked to the contract. We allow if it is the last billing period to re-bill the contract.

With our integrated sales receipt you can send your customers a receipt showing all active contract items at any time. In addition to the lines, the general contract data, such as term, next billing period and the time of payment are printed.

The contract overview has helpful statistics about your contract and the contract lines it contains. In addition to the sales of the contract, the margin is displayed, both for the next billing as well as over the entire invoiced period to date. Corrected invoices are of course taken into account.

Make your work easy. We have built in the possibility of batch invoicing. Either bill all contracts to be billed on a monthly basis or set a filter to bill all contracts of a category or type first. Batch invoicing can either be started by you manually, or set as a scheduled task, which means that contracts are always invoiced when they are released.
